French fries were hot and above average for fast food restaurants. Burger was overcooked, dry and tasted like it had been reheated. Homeless people sleeping under the outside tables killed what little atmosphere existed.
Not even bust rn and they have no sense of urgency with the door dash orders. Was parked and had to watch them come out for vape breaks multiple times. Thinking someone would be bringing my food to me each time I seen a team member leaving. But I had to pull around and use the horn to get their attention to get the order they had waiting. Will not be accepting orders here anymore.
JESSE went above & beyond tonight!! He wouldn’t divulge the secret ingredients in the secret sauce remaining loyal to Rally’s. He kept that damn secret! Plus he’s a little cutie. You should give him a raise! With that smile, he provides great service alone! Hiii Jesse!
