Our order was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly thanks rally’s
We stood in the walk up order area for awhile before someone came to take our order. I had to get someone's attention. And it seemed like we were more of an annoyance then a customer. I don't like talking to robots through a drive through, so that's why we chose to go in to order.
Do not go to rallys. Ordered a chicken sandwich and both buns are hard as a rock. Also I have called the store 20 times and no answer. So professional
