Terrible attitude
I sat in their line for over an hour and then was refused service with 0 compensation. With the way the line was set up I couldn't have left early even if I wanted to. As I asked about the situation the employee cut me off and yelled at me. I understand they were unable to serve me at the time, but it is still aolutely unacceptable.
