Man this place is really rough. My first time I walked in I asked for a suggestion for a first time customer and he said he would not eat the food here. I left. I heard good things from a friend so I thought I would try again. I ordered online pickup and went to go get my food and was waiting for 10 minutes, staff was just talking to each other not doing anything hiding from working. Staff is very gross. very bad service
The food and service was very good.
food is hit and miss, good one day, dry or burnt the next. always getting my order wrong. But the new thing is paying for large and getting a small. Did that twice since pub burger special. then tried to take survey for free burger. that's also broke and borderline false advertisement . .
I came to this location to pick up a DoorDash order. One of the staff members was on the phone, and I asked twice about the order. She did not even acknowledge me at all, didn’t look at me, and didn’t respond. I understand being busy .but completely ignoring a delivery driver is unprofessional and wastes of time. Customer service needs improvement, especially for delivery pickups.
