Placed order on the Rally's website for delivery from this location, Rally's assigned it to Doordash and 3 different delivery drivers went to the location and never picked up order and instead after the 3rd delivery driver Doordash cancelled the order. 17 days later still waiting for refund
Sloooooooooow Sat in the drive through for a bit....in the time I was there it only ever moved forward by a single car before I gave up and went elsewhere
I came to this Rally’s after having a horrible experience at another one. I was nervous to even go to another rally’s, but it was such a good experience. We had a bigger order (ordered on 8/17 around 10 pm) the guy on the speaker was so friendly, the manager at the window was THE SWEETEST. Her name was Kate. I really want to thank her for being kind and friendly to me. She truly is amazing. They definitely made my night , I will be returning to this Rally’s, it’s the best one in Fort Wayne
