Customer service from the lady working drive thru tonight around 8pm was 10/10. We appreciate that. It's hard to find nowadays! Thank you!
Best location right now in Fort Wayne . The guys are always on point with the food and verrrryyy nice . Get the stars up and do them surveys .. killing McDonald’s on the Apple pies 🥧
Went through drive up. Food was prepared thoroughly and fresh. Didn't have to wait long.
Manager Mike was so extremely nice and professional! He placed my order which I used three separate coupons for and he told me my total was $23.07 when I got to the window to pay the total dropped down to $10.88! He told me he loves telling people the difference in their price after coupons so they can be amazed; and that is exactly what I was! I ordered one large fry, one small banana milkshake and a buy one get one free Big Buford sandwich. Thank you Mike, you truly made my day!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t like leaving reviews but this place has got to be the worst rally’s in Fort Wayne. Ordered and paid - was told they were waiting on fries but yet I stood there for 45 minutes. 45 minutes????? The little girl working the counter was rude and truly didn’t care for her job. 45 minutes of them bagging up fries and sending them out the window but can’t fulfill one order? Don’t waste your time or money at this location.
