Eveytime I go there, after I've placed my order and paid, they all me to wait on the other line even when there's no one else in line. There ALWAYS a long wait
They changed the shake sizes but didn't change the price. I went there because I didn't mind paying $5.25 for a large shake, it was 32oz, now it's 22. Won't be buying it anymore because that's just too much especially since they always say the shake machine is down
Placed a mobile order and arrived 7 minutes later. My drinks were made right away, but I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes while they served new customers in the other lane. When I finally got my food, the employee rushed to hand me my drinks and said they had no carriers—even though I could see them above the soda fountain. Fries were just dumped in the bag with no containers. After all that waiting, she just wanted to rush me out the lane. Terrible service.
I had the absolute worst experience i have ever had at a fast food establishment!! I ordered on the right side then they asked me to pull around to the left side then I proceed to wait 43 minutes for a #1 waited 43 minutes for a burger and fries i ordered the burger without onions and it had extra!!!!
