The food is always fresh and hot, but the wait time is what keeps me from going all the time. There is always a long time between ordering and getting to the window to get your food.
I swear, the workers are uneducated. Dont know what a large is, and extra is. Can't read a screen to save their lives for doordash or ect. I swear common sense is above their level. This location is the worst, and I blame management. The refund or make it right aspect is horrible!!! This is suppose to be a LARGE!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Took 25 minutes to get an order (I ordered online and couldn’t get it canceled) and then I get the order and everything is wrong. How hard is it to put chili and cheese on a chili cheese dog? Took so long that when I got the food it was already cold. The sorry workers inside were sitting around just chit chatting instead of doing anything. Horrible place and the food was even worse.
