Great food fast service
If I could give them no star I would. The service was pleasant until I begin drinking my drink and found a hair in my cup😡. I then called the restaurant and notified them and she stated that they are clean and made a mistake and I could get another drink. At this point I was so disgusted that I no longer had an appetite and definitely didn’t want to eat from there. She didn’t want to give me a refund which resulted in me calling corporate. The curly fries-they're the best. The burger was a hot mess, in a good way. Great location, even when it's busy, just slip around back.
I went to your establishment in Hampton tonight which is technologically out of my way because I have a Rally’s 5 minutes from my house. The nice young lady in the drivethru told me it would be a 5-6 minute wait on my fries which I didn’t mind waiting for. That was at 8:00 pm exactly! So I was given my drink and told to pull over to the side. No biggie. There was a car waiting before me as well.
