This place is absolutely nasty. The lady who took our order was super sweet. The other lady there who I assume is the manager is a nightmare. Who attitude towards the coworkers and just in general is horrible. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and she doesn’t like/enjoy her job. I went to Rally’s last night (10/23/24), for the first time in years. Went through the drive thru and the young lady Shakerra, was so sweet and polite, she literally left me flabbergasted. Most fast food workers seem somewhat overworked and frustrated which is understandable however, if she was, she did not let that show, which was a breath of fresh air. I typically go for the $4 meal when I go to Rally's but I decided to try their new BBQ brisket Buford. Mind you I have not been to this location before and the one that I do go to I have never had issues with. They order was taken fine. Get up to the windows to pay and you can hear the people in the back complaining that people just keep coming. OK, overlookable.
