12/15/2024 @ 3 Great customer service the kind man in the picture was super and even helped the people in the back a bit. I ordered the $9 for 2 double patty spicy chicken sandwich and fish sandwich (much bigger than McD’s). I made it a meal for $3 more. Then got triple patty bacon burger and the Philly cheese finger food that was really tasty. Only the spicy chicken sandwich was lacking something but still tasted nice. It seems like these people hate their jobs, customer service is the worst, the girl at the checkout is horribly rude, I shudder.
Great customer service. Great food. Love the chocolate milkshakes. I found it necessary to edit this review. Customer service is still great. When their milkshake machine is down seven weeks out of eight weeks. And sporadic during that time and they are waiting for a part to come in I think it’s probably time for the sake of customer service to purchase a new milkshake machine that will work just as hard as the employees do.
