I came to rallys because I have never been to one before and I had been helped but a gentleman named Jared and he was so amazing answering all my questions and telling me the deals they had at the time I really like his customers service and very professional and the food was was so good i will definitely come here to eat again
worst customer service EVER, if i could give them zero stars i would!💯 apparently you can't be pregnant with nausea in there without the employees or should i say "manager" making you feel bad because it looks bad for business!😒 i can't help feeling sick when i do and i don't need anyone especially a "manager" making me feel bad for being pregnant!💯

The Gorilla double burger was like cardboard and the fries were soggy. After I ate it (I was starving) my stomach got upset. Not a good choice IMHO. ☹️
