I deleted my past review to give you a 1 star now. IM NOT HAPPY. Placed my order online. App said 146 pick up got in line at 145 they weren't ready. OK. I understand. Told us to pull to the yellow lines. Then helped 6 cars that ordered at the speaker. Finally yelled from the window to walk up to the pick up window. I went through the drive thru for a physical reason. Luckily my husband was with me. Not ok!!!
One of the sweetest places i ever been for such a small crew to churn out top notch service as well as top notch food. Highly recommend
VERY long wait in drive through on Hamilton Road. Food was barely lukewarm. Not typical for Rally's. Disappointed.
AMAZING it was raining torrentially, I was yearning for a tasty BLT! This RALLY was closest to me, so I asked if they could/would make a BLT with mayo The staff were a bit surprised, but eventually made that sandwich for me... Most of the bacon was delicious, also ordered a small vanilla shake.... My taste buds are so happy this evening!!!! Yea!!! RALLYS
Food is delicious here, I LOVE the Baconzilla, and their fries are phenomenal! I also love their milkshakes, but every time I order delivery they ALWAYS forget my Milkshake and it's getting ridiculous. I understand forgetting it every now and again, but I've ordered delivery from here at least 4 times this year and They forgot my milkshake every single time. Yes I know I order from a third Party App (Doordash) but if the dasher isn't the one at fault for forgetting my Milkshake, it should be with my order when they pick it u... read more
