Had great service at this location. Second visit a few years later. This place has gone totally downhill. Food was trash. Big Buford didnt have all of the fixings. No tomato. No nothing. Close this place immediately. Smdh

On 3/16/26 @ 2pm, I randomly wanted to go to Rally’s to get some fries. I pulled in the drive thru and there was a car there that was ordering, or so I thought. When they drove off I didn’t take much notice to them. Once I got to the intercom to order, a voice appeared and I thought it was a real person until I realized it was prerecorded.
