Rally’s was great once upon a time. Now the food has shrunk and I prices have gone up. The food isn’t good anymore and they can’t ever seem to get my order right. Sorry no more Rally’s for me.
Super Bad Service: When I read the reviews about this location it actually Saddened me, why? Because 85 percent of it is true, I too have experienced that at the same location. I have personally witnessed a lot of what the reviews said. Many years ago, this was voted the best Rallys around, I agreed then. Workers refusing service to in person customers. They would not taking orders of people waiting. They were only doing doordash order is is bull. Avoid this store you'll either get refused or be waiting an n our to just order.
No communication with online orders when items are either missing or not available. Mid tier quality cooking overall. I keep trying to give this location chances and they continually let me down.
