It's not that I hate it. But want to tell everyone the Sandusky,Ohio Ralleys no longer exists. And hasn't for months, take it off the web sites.
As of May 30th 2017 this Rallys is now closed they were taking down the menus and such
I just tried calling the place, at 5:45 PM, and all I am getting is a voicemail machine. It says they close at 8, so answer the phone! I am not coming back.
The woman who took our order was extremely rude, almost to the point I feel I should call corporate. ThenThen our order was wrong and she tried to charge me twice for three specialty shakes. If it wasn't for the fact that I worked hospitalty/food for a number of years I wouldn't have had enough patience to handle her and the quality of the food has gone way down in the past few years.
I have had average , above average, and excellent experiences at this rally location . My favorite items are the fish sandwich and the buford.
I have had no issue with Rally's, until today when I ordered a rally burger and the bun had mold on it. After telling friends about it, they too have had the same thing happen to them. Disgusting.
Went to rally's to get a quick sandwich and I had payed with one's the owner said thanks cus he needed some..one's give them a brake they do thier best I even got a token to come back ..:)
