Several different times I have went on my lunch break (after 10a), sat in the drive thru for 5 mins to never have anyone ever come across speaker. On the rare occasion that I have been able to place my order, the fries have been soggy. Unfortunately it's the closest place to my work, so I keep wasting my time

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with them charging me over one month AFTER I got food from there and the manager of the store was no help at all and treated me like total crap.
Awful! Waited and waited after placed our order! Ok no problem. Get to the window and they can get it together! The lady kept walking away from the window had no idea what she was doing. I got way overcharged for my meal! And was given 3 orders of fries when I only asked for one! The wings were not wings! I'm disappointed because they generally have good food at rallys. I hope it was just a bad day. And nothing more!
Very slow and the last smoothie I ordered was just the mix poured into a coup without blending it with ice. Gag.
I've only gone to this place a few times. When they first opened it wasn't too bad. But in the last few months, absolutely terrible. I went yesterday for lunch. Waited longer than should have been for a regular burger, fries and a coke. My fries were barely warm. The burger was a mess and completely cold! I didnt even eat it. Instead I went somewhere else got another burger. Complete waste of money. I won't be back.
This is seriously the worst Rally's I have ever been to. This is the second time I have visited recently and this is the second time that they were not able to get my order right. They are also lucky I am honest person because they almost let me leave without paying. The cashier kept walking away. They forgot my dad's milkshake and then tried to not give us our change. When I demanded that she give us our money, the cashier got rude with me. Never again will only visit this location.
This store is a joke. This is the 2nd time I have tried to go there in a month. The employees told me that they were too understaffed to take any more drive thru orders and I could come inside, after waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes. The employees are rude and the management obviously doesn't care one bit. (But they need $15 an hour!!)
After they messed my order up Billy made it right as soon as he found out. He was very friendly and helpful and did a great job.
