DIRTY . I ordered ice cream and it came with hair in it . I called corporate and they told me there was nothing they could . I’m NEVER eating from any of their restaurants ever again . I only liked their ice cream cause the food is greasy and garbage . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ❗️❗️❗️❗️
They Wouldn't even answer at the drive thru, we spent 30 mins sitting at the menu until people started to get angry and honk,... The "manager" on duty was EXTREMELY Rude and wouldn't even give us the store number or names to leave a review. Worst service ive ever gotten at a fast food place and I've worked fast food service before... I love Rally's and came from out of town just to enjoy the food... I love rallys. I just went to this location for the first time though and got a big buford combo. I got two bottom buns on my sandwich lol. Im not mad its still delicious.
I ordered the Rally's burger combo.. It was so good but the cashier had a really bad attitude.. I wanted to order something else bc I'm not from New Orleans. So, I needed time to see what I really wanted and he was very rude.. But again the food was delicious..
I ordered food from here last night. The food was ok. It was warm, not hot and fresh. The drinks were wrong, I asked for no ice, the girl took the drink back and handed me another drink and said, "Oh I gave you the wrong drink". I tasted the drink it still wasn't what I ordered, but I was thirsty and tired. The people that worked the window was loud and unprofessional. It shouldnt take that many people to run the drive thru.
