We dropped our car off for service and worked with a service representative named Stephen Augustine. When my mother picked up the loaner car, she was asked to initial documents, but at no point was she told that we would later be charged $300 for an inspection of the vehicle. Service is great, they’re always very courteous and helpful with whatever you need. The waiting room and amenities are pleasant in case you need to wait for your car. Would recommend!
