I would never buy another Mercedes from this dealership or this company this dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced my car has been in for the same problem 6 times and nobody including corporate will help me and just today the problem can back once again they are the worst don't buy or service your car at that facility they truly suck
Terrible experience today. Walked in ready to purchase a car, according to them they did not even have the model we wanted for a test drive and even though they found the car at another dealership- seemed unwilling to even help us figure out how to get it. I thought their goal was to sell cars and provide exceptional customer service but that was not what we experienced today. Left feeling unwelcome and with such a bad taste in our mouths.
