Lol I wish there was a way to post this picture! We just rode through the drive through and they had a sign up basically saying they didn’t have shit.
Terrible. Went two weeks ago and only taking cash orders, then yesterday sat 30 min in the passenger line. There were two cars total when we arrived. Gave us our food then asked for it back. Waited another 10 min in a parking spot then just got the wrong order. Warning don’t eat at Rally’s on High School and Kentucky!! My friend and I went a little after midnight to get two $2 chicken bite box. When we got home we were eating and Kristen finished hers before I did. When I was finishing my food I saw roach or some type of bug in my food. I was terrified and discussed. When then went back to talk to a manager and he told us girls “We don’t have roaches here” and then wouldn’t give us our full money back. The food here is always old! I have yet to go to this restaurant and received fresh food. And when I say fresh food not dried out hard burgers and fries. I really believe they re dip their fries in the grease so they can be hot...
This location needs updated. I pulled up to the intercom to find a note. Please pull to the window to order. I would have closed the this lane because it caused such a back up. I waited 10 to get to the window, with only one car in front of me, 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Then another 20 minutes to get my food. Never got my receipt like I asked, because they new I would complain. Oh and my "garlic parm fries & Stix" were disgusting
Never had somewhere refuse to add something like mayo to a burger before, and then try to force me to pay an extra dollar for a burger instead of just adding mayo to said sandwich. They are always rude and slow but since the food is always fresh (lets face it, it is taylor Blvd.) so I ignored those two facts. I have ordered my food the way I tried to today every time I have ever been to rally’s and today they tell me no, I’m going to McDonald’s at least they are polite. I can say with certainty I won’t be back to rally’s.
Idk why I continue to come here....the line alllllllways takes foooorever!!! At least 15-20 every. single. time!!! �
It's not that I hate it. But want to tell everyone the Sandusky,Ohio Ralleys no longer exists. And hasn't for months, take it off the web sites.
