Elizabeth does a great job of guiding clients through difficult situations. She helps clients recognize their values and see how those align with decision making. She trusts clients to be the experts in their own life and serves as a safe guardrail in that process. Elizabeth is a great therapist for anyone who is seeking holistic, person-centered healing!
