Very nice people and they were very good at what they are doing
We had our home appraised by this company, we are the only house like ours in the area 4 bed 3 bath fully finished basement and egress window, also we put on a brand new 50 ywar roof 1 month ago. Our realtor offered better comparable comps for our home then the appraiser used. Including a 3bd 2 bath home on our street without a finished basement. And $25,000 below what we listed. Excellent Service ! Start to finish. Cortney was very respectful, explained process, and all information, and questions. ( My first appraisal ). Also, Office and co-worker were great ! Which reduced alot of stress on my end . Thank You very much!! Would recommend Rally Appraisal.
