My realtor Raff Vizconde has been telling me for years to buy a house to help my family build a better future. A few months ago I finally listened to him and he was 100% right. Bought my house at a discounted price with high interest with my VA Loan, but he informed me right now is the time because he saw the writing on the wall with the projected drop in interest rates. Ralff is very great person. He helped us to sell our house. He advertised all over the internet, he helped do the open house.He helped negotiate the deal even though HOA had little to no reserves and he was able to get me an all cash buyer. Ralff was great from start to finish. Family man got to meet his 2 beautiful daughters and looked and put multiple offers for me and even took care of the movers and cleaners for me prior to moving in! Highly recommend him and his team in the future!!
