Always short staffed, they never have the meds even when they text to let you know your meds are ready! They put you on hold for 20 plus minutes sometimes. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP
Terrible hours. Not open on Sundays!
I used to be a fan of the Raley's pharmacy. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, limited waits. Now, they are becoming like Safeway and CVS. The opposite of what I just mentioned. Recently, it took almost three days to get a prescription. That's partly on me - I could request it earlier. The troubling thing was that I called after a couple of days and they said it would be ready - it wasn't.
