Received a text about a prescription being ready, called to check which one as I’m waiting on multiple. Brusquely told that nothing is ready, the text was for a prescription I had already picked up. As I was about to ask another question, they hung up on me. It’s my last straw with this pharmacy, the last time I had to pick something up they didn’t know what I was there for and made me yell to the pharmacist in the back the name of my medication. Extremely unprofessional.

Always short staffed, they never have the meds even when they text to let you know your meds are ready! They put you on hold for 20 plus minutes sometimes. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP
