they never answer the phone. like ever. thats not an exaggeration. and on the miraculous chance they do they dont even try to help, they just hang up. this place is actually a joke and I’d switch immediately if i had another option.
I had my prescription sent to this pharmacy for covid meds. I was really sick and needed this medicine. It is Saturday and I was told they can not fill it until Monday. So I called around and found that the Costco pharmacy had what I needed. I call Raley's and asked them to transfer the prescription. I was told that they won't transfer my prescription unless Costco requests it. Costco will not request it because that should not be necessary. Awesome place. Been coming here as a family of 4 for about 30 years, kudos to Yvonne, Katie, Sheila, and everybody else who is working their behinds off for you and me. They all speak english, never any issues worth getting your britches in a knot.
Whenever I go to Raley’s pharmacy Shelia the pharmacy technician is very helpful and professional and respectful. Shelia shows hard work ethic and stays patient and positive even when she’s the only pharmacy technician working with the pharmacist. I always look up to Shelia to help me at the counter because I trust her work ethic.
