I love everything about Raley’s Ecart, especially Gina! She has amazing customer service, always has a smile on her face, and goes above and beyond. She has helped me a few times, and I always leave thinking how wonderful she is. Today was no exception. I was on my way to pick up my order. I realized I had forgotten to order coffee. I texted her and asked if it was too late to add to my cart. Without hesitation she grabbed my coffee and saved the day. Thank you Gina! I will definitely be back!
I would just like to say that Denise R. is an awesome employee with excellent customer service. Whenever I have trouble finding a product, she is always there to help me find what I am looking for. And she does it with a cheerful smile and a pleasant attitude. Raley's is lucky to have such a hardworking employee.
This is my grocery store of choice because the people are friendly and helpful, I love the produce section, it's bright and cheerful, (I don't feel like I'm entering a cave like I do and other stores), and if I can't find something there's almost always somebody I can turn around and ask.
