3 stars because they're always nice and will expedite if you're in person. However, they're very slow to fill meds. Worse are their hours. Closed on Sundays? Not open in the evenings? Very disappointed with the pharmacy but not it's employees.
This is now the fourth time I have had an unprofessional and uncomfortable encounter with Linda, a pharmacy technician at Rayles. When I called today, Linda told me she could not verify which prescription I had available for pickup using my birthday or the prescription number Rayles had texted me. Instead, she insisted that I list all the prescriptions I have ever filled at Rayles. I was taken aback; I had never heard that this was a requirement. I was very disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visit. While I was shopping, I heard the pharmacist, Linda, slamming medicine bottles and speaking to her coworkers in a rude and degrading way. It was uncomfortable to hear and didn’t seem professional for a pharmacy setting. I hope management looks into this and ensures a more respectful environment for both employees and customers.
