I am absolutely appalled by the way Raley’s Pharmacy treated my mother, who is battling pancreatic cancer and experiencing excruciating pain. She attempted to get her prescription for painkillers filled, only to be met with blatant refusal and unnecessary hurdles. Initially, they refused to fill the prescription because it was from out of state, instructing her to obtain a prescription from a California doctor. My family has been using the pharmacy for years and they are wonderful. All staff members are caring and courteous. We are very thankful that they are there. Always great with any questions and very helpful.
Terrible experience every time with every team member.
The team is always completely rude. Been going there for years. Overworked or what? Anyone dealing with the public should be kind and respectful. In my opinion.
These guys are always fast, communicate effectively and have my meds available.
