Terrible pharmacy in a terrible Raleys. The main pharmacist won’t come to the counter to help even when there’s a huge line, they only sometimes communicate your meds are available or not, they’ll call you to ask for your old pharmacy’s phone number even though you gave them all the info already. Honestly I got a few scripts filled thinking they’ve got to just be having an off day, but no. They just suck. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy after 3 refills. Don’t be surprised if you see this entire store close soon…
They treat my husband with all kinds of respect when he's in his scrubs, but me, not so much, I get the runaround, I go in and ask for my R× on the day the portal says it'll be ready and they tell me, not for 2 more days, I can have my husband go in for me and they tell him 20 minutes we'll put a rush on it. It's happened at least half a dozen times.
Absolutely horrible service. Was notified multiple times of a prescription, when arrived it wasn’t even ready. Other times was told 30 minutes and waited over an hour with nobody in line. Lack of work ethic is probably the problem.
