I have some necessary heart-related prescriptions. There were 3 pills left on an out-of-state prescription, and one Raley's pharmacist said it would be simplest to have other pharmacy put the meds back in stock, and then this one could fill it. I soon discovered that this was not the proper protocol. Today, I was told it should have been transferred to Raleys. The absolute worst service. This will be the last prescription I get filled there. The pharmacist lacks all empathy, compassion or urgency. God help you if you need something thirty minutes before they close, like a prescription from the ED. This is a first for me…to almost be denied, being told I’m a drug seeker and then she complains about doing state mandated paperwork….
