I just had the worst experience I've ever had in Raley's (after being a customer for 30+ years). I waited in line at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription my partner's doctor had called in for an urgent need. I was in line for several minutes while they finished the person in front of me. When it was my turn, the clerk said we're closing for lunch now! She was rude and made no effort to help. She and the two (pharmacists??) behind the counter walked out when I asked what about the prescription (I was after) one of them said... read more
Great customer service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only times I have had to wait for a prescription is when they need to contact the doctor for refill or when the medicine needs to be ordered. I recommend them above all other pharmacies that I have used.
