This is simple. I can walk down to Target and the exact same products are up to $10 cheaper. Apparently Raley's wants to follow the Safeway mode, it saw all the cases of Price Gouging Safeway has paid out millions for in Nor Cal and decided they wanted to rip off their customers too. Stop shopping at businesses who price gouge.
I used to be able to customize my sandwiches at the deli for Corned Beef on sliced swirled rye bread, and now they no longer do that. I'm bummed because they were the last ones around to make them. Everything is now just pastrami.
