Beware of having prescriptions filled at Raley's pharmacy. The runaround I have gotten for the past week is downright scary if these people are in charge of our medications. Last Friday I called to ask them if my prescription for a muscle relaxant was ready and I was told yes, it was. I mentioned that they hadn't been texting me like they had always done in the past and I was told, "There's nothing we can do about that." We really like this store. Lots of parking. Really nice job with displays, super friendly employees always help me find what I'm looking for,. They always call up another cashier as soon as they can so we don't wait long. Love the deli and bakery area.
Highly recommend this awesome store. So clean and friendly. Excellent customer service and positive experience every time. The Service Deli and Bakery have delicious, healthy and easy dinner options. The Meat department is so helpful and great quality steaks and seafood. Produce is always fresh. Thank you Granite Bay Raley’s.
Pharmacist Sui needs to get a grip on her awful attitude when dealing with customers and get a grasp of HIPAA regulations. She should not be managing any pharmacy until she learns how to manage herself. I have contacted the board and will be following up with corporate.
