I've been trying to get a prescription filled for a month, and Raley's has dropped the ball several times. First, they ran my old insurance, then didn't bother to contact me when it was denied. When I called them, they at first denied receiving the doctor's order, then forced me to come in to show my new insurance card. When it didn't go through the first time, they told me they were too busy to call the insurance company while I was there. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Raleys on Freeport that still has me furious. It started when I dropped off a prescription from my doctor. After a question and answer session about who I was phone number address date of birth etc , I was told the prescription would be ready In 20-30 minutes. I arrived back about 45 minutes to give them enough time. Needless to say that it still was not ready. I was told that they were unable to reach the doctor I guess not by now it was 5:30. Terrible customer service. Nothing is every ready when promised and they act like it is inconvenient if you need to call a rx in. Don't know why I haven't transferred yet...but I will.
