I love this store they have everything
Oroville Raley's bakery department (Dixie) was most helpful when I called about purchasing and the availability of Christmas Cookies for our office tree decorating event. She went out of her way to give me prices, descriptions and if she had them immediately available. Thanks so much to Dixie and your staff who are customer oriented.

Normally I would give 5 stars to this store. The people are very nice and very helpful. The prices, especially for their brand, are pretty good. The produce is fresh and appealing and the store is very clean. However, recently an organic produce line has been added. This is great - except the prices are more than double, in some cases, than regular produce. Little by little the organic line has grown and the regular produce selection has been dwindling. Raleys is the only super market I shop at. I have been a steady customer since the grand opening many years ago. All your dept. are great, except Deli. It has great items and friendly people, but the service lacks. You have to wait to long for anyone to wait on you even when they are not busy, due to a person will be making sandwitches and not calling anyone from the back to wait on you. I went here the other day and I must say even though there are a lot of people they kept their heads cool and were still very friendly. I often get baked goods here because they are so good. Highly recommended but needs some improvements. Not so much though.
I wish the pharmacy employees were as friendly as the rest of the store. Make sure you are always calling in your refills WELL in advance or you might be out of luck and you won't be told that they don't have you refill until you are there. Ask about "Autofill" apparently Raley's has this program but I have never been offered this option.
This Pharmacy is the BEST in the area...and it is due to their EMPLOYEES. If THEY move, I'm going with them. Especially Renee, who walks on water, and Donna, the pharmacist, who bends over BACKWARDS to help. Even says "Hope you're feeling better!" when she can barely understand you on the phone cuz you're SICK. Nope, not related. Just someone who has tried closer-to-Newcastle pharmacies and was SORRY each and every time! This is, by far, the best pharmacy I have ever used. The Manager and his staff are extremely friendly, always smiling, and they go above and beyond to take care of your needs. Whey spend time with you answering any questions or helping you find something without acting like they are being bothered.
