HOA does not address home owners concerns and does not maintain property very well. Dont think about going to the pool because it is always nasty. The pavilion is not clean and maintained. The grass in common areas is over a foot high. Tge builder and land owner are supposedly in control of the HOA. Please think twice before investing in this neighborhood untill the HOA gets their self togetheth and start taking care of the property.
Been here almost 5 years now. If you want over grown ponds, common area landscaping that is overgrown, a lot of damage at the pool with zero rules, dirt bikes that use the neighborhood as a motorcross track that will absolutely keep your baby awake during nap time and an HOA that does NOT listen to your concerns but takes your money, move to this neighborhood. I have lived here almost 4 years. While I use the pool seldom I agree with the others that have said it is completely out of hand. Huge problems with screaming cussing kids. Not to mention the illegal dirt bikes and now dune buggy racing up and down Preston Way through the pool and mailbox areas. I spoke with the management group, and was told they would review on their next site visit. Karen Frye did a wonderful job of answering all my Buyers questions and coordinating with the title company for a much quicker than normal closing! I will definitely call Karen when my clients are looking in a Horton development!
