My mom was trying to patronize this business. She just texted me very upset that whomever she'd spoken with embarrassed her in front of the entire store. She was wanting a wheel alignment. The guy said out loud that she had the "worst tires he'd ever seen". The car was purchased used and we already knew about the tires. He then tried selling a set without an alignment. Been going there for the last year and a half, and I've been very pleased with the services that I've had. the tire guys are so nice and will go the extra mile to make sure all your tires have nothing wrong with them when you get a tire rotation.
