I had a great experience living at Raleigh Slabtown. The staff is what truly sets this place apart. Everyone was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Any service requests I submitted were handled quickly and done right the first time. The common areas were always clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. I felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time I lived here. Highly recommend.

I loved it here from the moment I stepped into the leasing office. Scoti and Bradley are warm and welcoming and do everything they can to make sure that all needs are promptly taken care of and that one feels and is at home. I feel comfortable here and the community vibe is good, I'm glad I chose Raleigh Slabtown to be my home. ;-)

I have lived at the Raleigh Slabtown apartments for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. The team has been so welcoming and helpful, constantly recommending/sending a wide range of events happening around portland and answering any question I have, shout out Bradley. The building is cleaned regularly and community spaces are always kept tidy. Being so close to 23rd there is never a shortage of things to do/places to eat. All around a great place to live!

Lived here for about a year now and overall it’s been a great experience! The team that works in the office is super helpful. We’ve had an issue with the lobby smelling heinous for a few days (not their fault) and despite what a few reviews say, they’ve been working to fix it. When I went into the office to ask about this they were great about explaining the steps they’ve taken to try and make it smell normal again! Unfortunately can’t rush things when it involves mixing cleaning chemicals and trying not to poison us all lol... read more

I've lived at Raleigh Slabtown for over 4 years, and it continues to be one of the best apartment experiences I've had. The attention to design is top-notch. Everything feels thoughtful, modern, and cozy, with high-end touches throughout the unit like soft-close cabinets, bronze hardware, and quality appliances that make the space feel elevated.
