We reached out to RRE after we failed to proceed with our roof repair needs with two other roofing companies. Fortunately, RRE worked with our insurance company, patiently and diligently, to get our roof claim approved. They also did a great job in installing the new roof shingles and cleaning up the garden afterwards. Took great care of everything. Highly professional. Very happy with our overall experience with them.

I called their office, Their sales guy came to my house, checked out roof damage, said he would get an estimate...didn't get it to me... I asked a week later for the estimate, he said again he would get it to me, then I never heard from him again. So I got another company to do the work.
