The only reason for a star is because I have to give them one. This place is terrible. They over book patients. They make patients wait for hours for a 37 minute infusion. The tech that mixes meds go to lunch with patients still waiting on medicine. These patients are very sick already and you’re gonna bring them here for hours and hours without any reguards to their feelings and position they are in!!! Get it together CAMC Cancer Center. No one answers the phone recording tells you they will call back never happens
Nurses are generally great, the rest not so much. Disorganized, chaotic, and inefficient.They make chemo patients come to them rather than staff going to the patient. Hold you hostage all day due to their issues and frequently broken equipment, then threaten "you'll lose your spot if you leave". And HIPPAA, follow up care and PHI are a complete joke! Only met the actual doctor once in the very beginning and he was very rude because apparently I wasn't upset enough for him.
