More than 10 days and ultrasound reports still not provided. Charge on card different what was signed off in the office. Multiple attempts to reach and and communicate to send the report and their answer is we don’t entertain patient request. I scheduled the appointment and I paid for it, and they still have not forwarded the report to the provider.

Had a Pelvic MRI on 11/6 @ 845am and still do not have results. My doctor has reached out, I have reached out, all I was told was images are read in the order they are received. I received an email saying I could view my images a week ago but need the radiologist report so I can schedule next steps with my doctor. Staff members were all friendly and professional but overall waiting time is ridiculous.

X-ray for possible fracture. I've waited for 8 days, and still the images have not been read and sent to my doctor. The overall experience with this office has been one of waiting from the time I went to their imaging office in Chapel Hill to this point of tracking down the x-rays to get the results. When I arrived at the office to have the X-ray, no one else was ahead of me, and it still took nearly 45 minutes for them to run me through the process. The clinic and staff on site were great but 3 days after my visit for an x ray of possible wrist fracture I have not heard the radiology result or had any follow up treatment. The Duke Family Practice (Timberlyne) appears not to have received any report.

I was there on 9/16/25. I haven’t receive my results . I went the clinic yesterday. I was told that the imaging was sent to a doctor. But the doctor has not given a result.
