As an early childhood teacher and administrator for 15 years, I have heard from hundreds of parents about their pediatricians--both good and bad--and I have seen how dozens of pediatric offices operate. With all this information at my disposal, the obvious choice for me was Raleigh Pediatric Associates. They are professional, super-friendly, quick to help, caring, and accurate. I have never seen them misdiagnose a child, mine or otherwise. I can't say enough how great at they are!
Dr. Parkerson-RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!!!! My son is 5 years old and has been going to Raleigh Pediatrics since he was a newborn. I have NEVER had a problem with any of the doctors or staff at the Raleigh or Garner office, but today was different! I brought my son in for what we thought was pinkeye, but she said it was viral. I told her that his symptoms gets worse at bedtime, but seems to get a little better during the day. Caring doctors and nurses. They also have a solid system for getting phone advice from a nurse, which is especially helpful for first time parents.
Very reliable and large staff.
