Do not listen to the negative experiences by others. This is the best clinic in the triangle area. I have had both hips replaced by Dr. Vaughn and there is no one else that was willing to do my surgeries due to my age and weight. He relieved the hip pain right away and the incision was very small. North Raleigh (Durant Road) Location – My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and I arrived there 15 minutes early, like I was asked to and I didn't get called to the back until 5:00pm. Honestly, I was ready to ask for a refund of my co-pay so I could go elsewhere. When I asked what the hold-up was, after waiting in the waiting area for an hour, I was told the doctor had 2 emergency surgies and was very backed-up.
