Extremely thorough and very professional.
Dr. Richards is very attentive and thorough with exams. The staff is always very nice . However, when I need a refill or something else I have to call several times and still takes over a week to get a response if I get one at all. Ive been waiting a week for a refill of important medications. Now the dr is not in the office today so ill run out in two days and god knows how long ill have to go without. Thats my only complaint about this office.
