competent support staff is essential
After being a patient for 45 years, when they began, they screwed up my prescription royally. When I complained loudly, they fired me! I took them to the Medical Board, but to no avail. They protect their own. The trouble is, their cavalier attitude punished me, not them, as getting a physician when you are on medicare is not easy. I am extremely clear that Raleigh Medical Group is about MONEY FIRST, then people if it suits them. Leslie Thomas Flowers
Constant Billing issues. Double billing is frequent error. And instead of checking with provider they force you to prove that you paid by providing receipts. Make sure you are checking your billing statements and review them closely.
They never have physicians there on Friday, only physician assistants. I was with a friend who was there with back problem. They failed to renew his prescription for his muscle relaxer. Very poor service!
