Took great care of my wife for her procedure, and ensured she was good to come home when she was ready.
This hospital behaves like it is still rudderless. New management has not improved the quality or professionalism of check-in at all. The attitude is to take it or leave it. And we don't care if you get Covid or not.
Waited for over 2 hours for x-ray and was 2 hours late for my appointment upstairs, watched others come in after and yet be registered before me. Was told oh they have appointments, ummm and like I didn't.
