My mother, age 75, went in here because she her heat in the car may be broke. Turns out she was simply out of antifreeze. They told her it "needed fixed." Well what needed fixed? Why? When she declined repairs, she asked for a jug of antifreeze. They asked her why. "You shouldn't need to put that in unless it's broke." She persisted. They were going to sell her a jug of antifreeze for $29. She left. That they would try to rip off a 75 yr old woman like that with this rather vague "somethings broke" line kills me.
