Their service is acceptable but their response is not. Our unit, which we purchased from them was under warranty and recently stopped working. We called and had a technician come out the next day. He diagnosed the issue. The unit was still under warranty and the part would be free. The part was in stock however he needed someone else to go pick it up. I was told we would get a call that day to schedule the installation. No call. I called at 7:30 in the morning and was told to stay by the phone because I'd get a call right ba... read more
Gebe Smith came to do my maintenance and also to repair a part. He arrived on time was very knowledgeable about heat pumps. He serviced the unit for winter and replaced my air filters. He diagnosed the problem I had and repaired it very quickly.
Travis came out to service our AC unit that has been giving us trouble. He was very thorough, professional, and communicated every step with us. He was absolutely wonderful!
