Lisa Walker herself has been great, receptionist doesn't answer the phone regardless of what time of day/day of the week it is. I have severe anxiety. It is hard enough to work up the courage to make the phone call. The LEAST you can do is answer and put me on hold until you are done with whoever you are talking to currently.
