Run from this practice. The phone is on night service even if opened. No way to talk to anyone. When I did finally reach someone the connection was extremely poor. The front office is totally dysfunctional. Billing is useless if you have a problem--appears to be some third world country--refuses to connect to a supervisor or identify the location of the call center. Office refuses to accept assignment even when agreed to
Fraudulent, double billed, incompetent billing department. AVOID at all costs. I went to Raleigh foot & ankle center to get orthotics. I confirmed with my insurance they would pay 80% of the orthotics, and I would pay 20%. I paid 20% at checkout at my visit on November 10th. It is JANUARY 19th and I received a bill in the mail for $2,647 for these orthotics. Cigna has informed me they have double billed for orthotics, which is FRAUDULENT.
