Awesome place to get eyes examined. Always professional & easy to schedule appointments.
Quick and efficient. Explained all the details of my prescription needs. And broke down my insurance benefits. Have a wide variety of glasses to pick from to fit any budget. Was allowed to try on as many pairs as I wanted until I find a pair my face agreed with. Definitely highly recommend.
I have been going to this office for about 3 years now, and the dr. and staff are all very nice, however it is very hard to get a hold of the front desk. I have left voicemails and gotten no call back, I somehow had success calling the Lens Crafters store and having them answer after being transferred over, but even then I still get sent to voicemail. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now to get contacts, and the lack of communication has been a bit frustrating.
The whole staff was friendly and professional. Was a wonderful experience.
