Everyone at Raleigh Endoscopy Center was so kind and thoughtful during my time there. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. The office operates so efficiently, and the staff is genuinely nice.

I have seen Angela Hira, D.O., from Wake Internal Medicine Consultant @ Raleigh Endoscopy Center for several years. I have had endoscopies and colonoscopies and received excellent care. The Raleigh Endoscopy Center is knowledgeable and helpful, always able and happy to answer my questions. Their staff also provides courteous service, and my visits and procedures go smoothly. I highly recommend this physician and her staff.
The service has always been great but the billing department is not helpful at all. I, as well as my insurance company, have been trying to get them to resend a bill with the corrected information since Jan 2021. Called 1/25/21, 3/8/21 and now 4/5/21. They originally sent it with the wrong Group Number and still have not corrected. Very unprofessional!!!
Dr Kohagen is the best and has the best staff and they take great care of you!
I had a terrible experience here, no one greeted me or said hello, they argued and cancelled my colonascopy because they have no waiting room after the procedure. Just really bad.I am referring to the Cary location.
Facility: clean, organized, efficient, personal, comfortable, cheerful. Staff: joyful, smart, efficient, kind, caring, clean, well-groomed, quick to smile, quick to help. Overall: the doctors are on their game, they know their stuff, and provide the patient with expertise, wisdom, and kindness; the staff treats you (the patient) like an individual whom they care about. These people make you feel confident that you are in good hands.
