I have seen Angela Hira, D.O., from Wake Internal Medicine Consultant @ Raleigh Endoscopy Center for several years. I have had endoscopies and colonoscopies and received excellent care. The Raleigh Endoscopy Center is knowledgeable and helpful, always able and happy to answer my questions. Their staff also provides courteous service, and my visits and procedures go smoothly. I highly recommend this physician and her staff.
The service has always been great but the billing department is not helpful at all. I, as well as my insurance company, have been trying to get them to resend a bill with the corrected information since Jan 2021. Called 1/25/21, 3/8/21 and now 4/5/21. They originally sent it with the wrong Group Number and still have not corrected. Very unprofessional!!!
