I was referred to this practice (Cary) for the treatment of vertigo and while I will say the doctors were good in that they treated the vertigo. The front desk staff boarded on rude as is the nursing staff.Twice I tried to get an appointment on short notice due to severe dizziness, and both times they turned me down. I have never in all my dealings with doctors ever not been accommodated by an emergency situation "sorry we can't fit you in" seriously?

I was refered to Raleigh Ear Nose & Throat and i was very impressed with how friendly everyone was. I was a little skird and the Dr. told me his name and asked me a few question's and also did some test's and he order a hearing test's and xray and after that i went back into a exam room talked to him. The Dr. also told me that i would have gall's wraped around my head like a turbend. I had 2 right ear surgery's at Wake Med Hospital 2 different's time's. One time i had a privet room and the other time i shared a room.

Don't Bother – Came into the office to see Dr. Patterson because I had large canker sores in the back of my throat that did not go away. He wasn't rude in anyway but was very apathetic and basically said "I don't know what to tell you". He prescribed me antibiotics (even though I told him that I had already been on 2 types of antibiotics that month). It was huge waste of time and I just got a 250.00 dollar bill.

Overall good practice – Depending on which doctor you are seeing, and for what reason the practice is good. Find out the specialty of the doctor you are going to see as they do have different areas of interest and specialization. Some doctors are also more fussy than others about treating children, for example Dr. Brown did not allow me in the room to do a procedure on my infant. While she may be a good doctor and respectful, I regret allowing my children to experience that fear and think that it is not best to separate an i... read more

Excellent Care! – We have seen Dr. Clarkson, Dr. Boyce, Dr. McMahon, and Dr. Gerber between our children. Each doctor has had excellent bedside manner with the children, putting them at ease. They also developed a great rapport with us at parents, listening to our concerns and answering questions. When we had tubes put in for one child and tonsils taken out for another, they treated our children surgical skill, AND with care and compassion. We have been so pleased with them and referred many friends who also share our high o... read more

Great Experience with Caring Doctors, Nurses & Staff! – We are patients at the Anderson Dr. office and have seen several of the ENTs. Recently, my daughter had her tonsils taken out by Dr. Clarkson. He was great with her - he spent time talking to her, answering her questions (when can I have ice cream?) and making her feel comfortable and less scared. This counts a lot for me as a mom! Plus, he spent time explaining the surgery, post-op care, medicine, etc. and made us feel comfortable with everything. If you want a caring,... read more

Very Kind and Caring – I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was. Most physician offices act like you don't matter. At this office everyone speaks to you and are very friendly. I had a hearing problem and got great advice and care. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

They took such good care of my son – We first went to Raleigh ENT because several of my close friends - and my Mom's best friend (they've been around forever!) - suggested the practice. Our son was having ear infections over and over. They were very nice and made our son (and us) feel at ease. After trying antibiotics for the first few infections, it looked like ear tubes might be the best solution. My husband and I were nervous at first, but our physician helped us to understand the surgery and what to expect. Everything we... read more

Poor Practice. Expensive Allergy Treatments. – Poor ENT practice, expensive allergy treatment I've been to 4 ENT's through the years. Of the 4, one particular doctor in this practice was the worst. I've had a chronic problem for the last 4 years and came to this ENT. I'd been on 3 rounds of antibiotics. The Dr. C did not even look in my nose and proposed another round of antibiotics! What kind of ENT doesn't look in your nose?!?! The good news is, I found a VERY good ENT in Chapel hill who looked in my nose with a scope on t... read more
